DCM has been involved in the consumer wellness industry since 2001 and is known to be the pioneer of the debt counselling and restructuring industry even before the inception of the National Credit Act.


Forming part of the Tradebridge Group of Companies, the DCM Group provides the majority of its services within an employer and employee environment by not only eliminating the workload associated with over indebted employees on Payroll and HR departments but also that of over indebted individuals.


Most accredited Debt Counsellors in South Africa make use of our advanced debt counselling software that effectively restores and over indebted and defaulting consumer to a position of financial fitness and stability, thereby ensuring that assets are retained and credit worthiness is restored.



Administration of Garnishee orders

The administration of garnishee orders on behalf of employer payrolls. Currently we service employer groups that employ between 500 and 60 00 employees.

Debt Counselling and Restructuring

Provision of debt counselling and restructuring services to over indebted consumers. This service is rendered by our national network of Debt Counsellors that operate from more than 300 offices.

Payment distributions on behalf of over indebted consumers and Debt Counsellors. The NPDA (National Payment Distribution Agency), a subsidiary of DCM, is used by the majority of consumers under debt review.

Part of the service offered includes the administration and management of garnishee orders on behalf of the employer.

This service empowers DCM to identify over indebted consumers (those who have a low disposable income who are about to be garnished or be placed under administration) and should it be required; the inclusion of all affected garnishees when restructuring takes place.

This all is done without increasing the workload of the Payroll Department.

This service reduces the increase responsibility on the employer to ensure that;

  • Employees are not overburdened financially due to excessive garnishee order amounts being deducted from their emoluments.
  • Garnishee orders delivered are not fraudulent
  • Fee charges by Debt Counsellors and Attorneys are correct
  • Accurate calculation of interest rates as prescribed by garnishee orders are adhered to.
